I hardly put reviews but this one is worth it. I checked out with several computer repair shop and non is comparable with Hart Computers. At Hart Computers I received the best customer service, the price was three times less than the other places and my laptop was fixed in 2 hours time. The other places were giving me a minimum of 4 days. I would recommend anyone who need computer repair or any IT issue to consult Justin at Hart Computers and thank me later.
Justin was great. I was trying to upgrade RAM on my wife’s computer and it just stopped working. I couldn’t figure out the problem. Justin was able to take it in same day. In less than a day he was able to make time and diagnose the program and fix it. Added on a couple upgrades and now I am very happy with the work he did. Definitely coming back for other computer needs I will have.
We brought my son’s gaming computer in to figure out a problem. Justin was professional, responsive, and gave us the facts quickly. Even though we could have sent it back, his prompt work and reasonable prices made us choose to have him do the repair. We got the computer back in 3 days instead of who knows how many weeks after shipping the entire tower back. Highly recommend.
