Incredible restoration! 15-year-old floors look brand new + Amazing service I cannot say enough good things about the work Juan and his partner did on our floors. We had a massive job—over 1,000 square feet of 15-year-old travertine with grout that hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The team worked incredibly hard, hand-scrubbing the lines, and the result is shocking. The grout looks brand new again. I also want to highlight their integrity. We had a specific issue with some subtle acid etching (from a past cleaning mishap) that required a callback. The management team was responsive, got us scheduled quickly at our convenience, and Juan came back with a fantastic attitude to take care of it. The damage is now gone. Beyond the technical skills, the service was 'white glove.' They moved all our furniture with extreme care to ensure nothing was damaged and placed everything back exactly where they found it. I even overheard Juan teaching his partner proper techniques during the day—it was great to see that level of mentorship and pride in their craft. They finished up by walking us through maintenance recommendations to keep the floors looking this good. It is rare to find a company that stands behind their work like this. Highly recommended!
