While the service was effective, the communication beforehand was lacking—I didn't receive the promised arrival text and the office didn't respond to my calls during the wait. Follow-up: I reached out afterward because I was disappointed not to receive before/after photos (which I’ve seen in other reviews). The manager clarified that they only provide photos for air duct cleaning, not dryer vents. I also asked about upgrading my flexible hose to a rigid one. The manager followed up with the lead tech who confirmed my current hose is in good condition and is actually better suited for the tight space in my condo. Summary: Overall, a solid and honest company. I’m happy with the technical advice and the cleaning, though the initial communication could have been smoother.
