Online ordering system lies. Don’t use it. I drove across town and product wasn’t there. See photo from my email. Evidently Phoenix generates that email when they ship it out. Also, their local phone number sends you to a call center. Moral of this business structure: Go there to place your order so you know what’s happening with it. One of the workers was very helpful, the other didn’t have much customer service training, if any at all. Neither apologized for my inconvenience, but the 2nd guy implied it and promised to call me when it does actually arrive. Obviously not their fault. The owner should be giving Phoenix feedback and getting them to fix this email issue. They confided it always happens this way. I also was on hold for 36 minutes because I wanted to make sure I did the order correctly; the call center did not warn me I would get an email with faulty info. Instead, they told me I would get an email when it was there. Liars.
