Personnel at this shop are very understanding and accommodating. I noticed a squeak in my steering column, and I called just to inquire about an appointment. I was told, just bring it in and we’ll take a look at it. They test drove it, solved the issue and returned the vehicle. I’ll give them five stars because that’s the max, if I could give more, I would.
The pelvic floor of my car dropped out as I was picking my disabled brother up in Fayetteville. These folks had been wonderful to my mother so I drove 25 mph to get there. They took me in with my brother, my 2 dogs and me dressed for Halloween at 67 years old. The staff and mechanics turned a major inconvenience into a fun and uplifting afternoon.
Great place to get your car repaired. Very honest and trustworthy!! Very friendly front office folks. Give them a call with any issues you may have they will fix you up!!!
