Silver Knights has helped me with several computer issues in the past. Ted, the owner definitely knows what he doing. In fact he has kindly given me lessons concerning computers. This last repair he was so kind and set everything thing back up for me in the computer so wouldn’t have to, he knows my limitations when it comes to computers. This kind of service you don’t see much these days, but you will at Silver Knights.
I came in today for a gpu installation and the staff there, especially the old looking guy (no offense😂) were very nice and even let me drop off my pc there so I could come back with other components I'd forgotten. They were very nice, patient, and Best of all, didn't even charge me for the service or made me wait an extremely long time! Way better than Fayetteville Tech Repairs who offered to do the same service but for $105 and said it would've taken 2 business days??? I recommend coming here for any installation related services, the staff are approachable, and the service was quick and nice!
