The service I received was very professional. Casey had to order a part for my stove and returned to repair in a reasonable time limit. I'm not the owner of the property, I rent but nonetheless the service was prompt and courteous. Thank you Casey.
My service technician, Jorge, arrived promptly and was extremely professional from start to finish. He quickly assessed the issue with my dryer and identified the problem right away. He took the time to show me exactly what was causing the vibration, and he was spot on. In addition, he discovered another issue that possibly could have caused future problems and resolved that as well. Jorge was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service, I truly appreciated his honesty and efficiency, and I’m very pleased with the service provided. Highly recommend! 👍✨

Hometown Appliance Repair man came in fixed my washing machine. I did a load of laundry right after he left. Great job on fixing my washing machine. He was able to come an hour earlier than scheduled. That was fine by me. Steve was very nice and he answered a few of my questions without hesitation. I appreciate him for being such a nice business man.
