Purchased carpet form Satolli on august 7th Eric sold us the carpet was very friendly and knowledgeable actually came out same day and measured the room. Then just 2 weeks later it’s done are installer Scott did a great job was very professional and courteous and cleaned everything thing up. We love our carpet and everyone was super easy to deal with I highly recommend Satolli.

Eric was very helpful in making sure we selected the proper carpeting for our needs. Scott installed 4 rooms of carpeting for us in one day!! He took great care in moving our furniture from all the rooms and returning it where it belonged. Scott was meticulous about his work. I recently purchased carpeting for my stairs from Satolli Carpet & Floor Covering. I could not be more pleased! The salesperson allowed me to take carpet samples to my home which was super helpful for color selection. The owner (Eric) took the time to let me touch and feel various carpet pads so I could make an informed carpet pad decision based on quality and price. The installer (Scott) was professional, a master at his craft, friendly, and detail oriented. Scott even vacuumed up every speck of carpet remnants before leaving my house which was most appreciated. The carpeting and carpet pad is very high quality, pleasing to the eye, and a delight to walk upon. I would highly recommend Satolli Carpet & Floor covering for all of your floor covering needs.

We are thrilled with our new laminate floor in our family room!! Eric worked with us to obtain the product we saw somewhere else and met our price point. Brett did a fantastic installation! He was timely and meticulous. There was a tricky issue with a spiral staircase, and it turned out beautifully. He even moved a few large pieces of furniture we couldn't. He was personable and professional. We will definitely make the trip from Salem again for any future flooring or carpet projects.
