Robert Lukasik
He masterfully repaired the cuckoo clock I inherited from my grandfather. He also did it for a more than reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have their clock repaired. His shop is an awesome place full of many clocks. I hope to go back soon to purchase one from him.

I have two cuckoo clocks that were fixed by Big Ben. The one took over a year and a half to repair but it was worth the wait. The clock still runs but may need another minor repair being sometimes it runs fast and sometimes it runs slow and sometimes it stays right on time after winding and setting it. The other one works superior. 10 stars for his friendly service and superior work.

This owner is amazing! Very meticulous, very thorough and patient and will do everything he can to save your clock. He explains everything. I had 2 grandfather clocks repaired by him that I thought were history. He brought them back to life and running like they are brand new!!! Cannot thank him enough for saving my clocks. 5 stars aren't enough for his services and kindness!!!
