Starting out this was a great company to deal with. We even paid for service plan to have furnace and air checked out. Recently I have tried calling for over a week and left message each day but never call back
Carter installed a water heater for me in 2019. Within a few months, the igniter went out. I was told for several years that they were unable to get a replacement part, and every time the pilot light would go out I'd have to call them because it's a sealed system and I can't light it myself. It would take several calls before I could get someone over here. It went out again this week, I've called twice with no response. I leave messages and they don't call back. Now the unit is out of warranty and I still don't have an igniter. Tyler is always prompt and professional. Unfortunately I can't call him directly. UPDATE: Despite the company's r... In 2022 I called Carter to fix my furnace. They did a great job. Then when I paid the guy. Who was the owner said if I paid an extra one hundred dollars they would service my air conditioner in the spring. I have called repeatedly and they plain and simple will not honor that. Don’t buy into this with them.
