We had our initial inspection and meeting on Christmas Eve. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. After the inspection, the technician sat down with us to discuss our options for our project, and before he left, we had our estimate and even made our deposit. We highly recommend this company and look forward to our installation here in the near future. Such a wonderful experience, thank you!
We began experiencing problems with our vented fireplace. The remote would not communicate with the fireplace, so it was unusable. I searched for a company who could service our particular fireplace and finally found the Ohio Chimney Company. The people there were kin, courteous and understanding. They set up a service call to diagnose the issue. They determined that the computer board that operates the fireplace went bad. I ordered a new board and had Ohio Chimney come back to do the installation. After one hour, we had heat! Thanks so much to Cory, Dave and our service technician Eric for an outstanding experience! The prices were very fair and the quality of work was outstanding! Thanks so much Ohio Chimney Company!
