After 7 contractors giving us quotes and promising to do the work, we found a hidden gem in Handyman Solutions! Justin, Shawn, Kerry, George and of course my buddy Frank are professional, personable and knowledgeable beyond compare! Justin even stopped by the 1st day of remodeling-no owner does that anymore but Justin does! They answered every question and addressed each and every concern. We had a very minor leak from the sink after the work was completed that week. I called in the AM and was taken care of same day at 4:30pm on Halloween! Frank is my man! Just as sweet as he can be. Our house is over 100yrs old and it had a cast iron bathtub plus old houses are a challenge to remodel. Most of the contractors quoted the job out of our range because it was small and not worth it to them. Shawn not only quoted the job at a reasonable price but was able to see the problems with the floor which was our main concern. George and Frank did a full inspection of the floor and found no problems. It’s just part of owning a 100 yr old house. The shower and new floor are amazing. Beautifully installed and the finished product goes beyond our expectations. George made sure we had a running toilet and sink at night because we only have one bathroom! They cleaned up everything. It didn’t even look like we were under construction! They arrived when they said they would and I was totally trusting with them in my home even if I wasn’t there. I will never have to look for someone to do any work for us! I have found a home and family we can count on! Get ready to quote and install windows my friends!
