Wowed by the service here! Went in for a specific boot that my coworkers bought here and loved. Unfortunately those boots didn’t work for me but the gentleman helping offered service that was unmatched! He made multiple suggestions and multiple trips back to the stockroom to try to find something that met my needs. I can’t even count the amount of times he was kneeling on the floor putting different boots on my feet and zipping for me- all with a smile. Highly recommend!
The owner was so extremely helpful! It was like he was my personal shopper which made picking out my new uniforms easy peasy! I will be back!

Every time I have shopped here I’ve left more than satisfied with my purchase and how I was treated the moment I walk in the door, you are always thanked for your business, but I am thankful for the kindness and amazing service I receive the moment I step through the door. Neal’s scrub store is hands down the best! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and genuine care. The staff are extremely kind and so helpful. The selection is amazing, so many styles, colors, and sizes that make it easy to find exactly what you need. Everything is organized and spotless, which makes shopping such a breeze. The team members are absolute gems! Highly, highly recommend!
