I purchased a chain here for a cross that holds tremendous sentimental value to me. I was beyond pleased that the passionate and noteworthy experience provided here only added to that sentimental value. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and provided honest feedback when guiding decisions. When my chain was ready to be picked up and adjusted, the 30 year anniversary for SJS was being celebrated. This milestone is a testament to the wondrous couple who run SJS. It would be in anybody's best interest to do business, and also support a small, reputable business in SJS.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my watch in to get the battery replaced and the man told me to come back in a half an hour. I did and he told me "the last person that changed this battery messed up the screw". Well it had never been changed before and it was CLEAR that he was the one who did it or he would have noticed the screw when he looked at it and told me to come back. I am hoping another jeweler will be able to fix it or my expensive watch is ruined by this idiot. I do not recommend.
