Flor’s team did an amazing job. This was their first time cleaning my home. We did a walk through, clarified what was covered in the standard cleaning and they got started. My home is sparkling clean. Flor’s team was quick, easy to work with and had great communication!

Providing last-minute information regarding the gas fee is unacceptable. I do not mind paying the fee however, notifying me on the day of the service, with the alternative being cancellation, reflects poor business practices. Additionally, several areas were missed during cleaning. The bathroom and shower were not cleaned properly, and the areas under the beds were not swept.
