I honestly wasn’t sure about this company at first. I selected them based on their positive Yelp reviews and my initial email exchange with them was fantastic regarding the project I wanted completed. Then they were a no-show on the agreed-to appointment date. I wasn’t very happy about the missed appointment and immediately thought “typical contractor” but I reached out to their office and discovered it was an honest mistake where my previous email thread on Yelp regarding the appointment didn’t get on the schedule with the front office. Teresa was very quick to rectify the situation and was able to get an electrician out within a couple of days and even offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Great customer service and an immediate solution. I have now used Anson Electric twice and both times the electricians did a great job, they are friendly, show up when they say they will, and their prices are fair and reasonable. I’m so glad I didn’t let a simple scheduling mistake cloud my judgement because I’m very happy with their service and will use them again whenever I need an electrician.

We recently had Anson Electric complete a large amount of electrical work in our home — adding recessed lighting, replacing several fixtures, repairing outlets and switches, and relocating a ceiling fan. Everything was done professionally, neatly, and exactly as promised. The team was responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth. We’ve already scheduled them to return for our main panel upgrade and EV-charger installation because we know they stand behind what they do. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated getting an exact appointment time instead of a time frame. It made planning much easier.
