They are truly such a nice team. Their communication is top notch, and they are extremely knowledgeable. I brought my car in with an issue, had no idea what was wrong with it. They figured it out , got the part ordered, and communicated with me every step of the way. They even have a shuttle service !! Wow!!! I highly recommend this shop for any car service you desire. They take care of you here!!!!

I appreciate the gentleman that work at the front desk, Getting me scheduled, looking into my warranties, and explaining what’s going on with my car in layman's terms. I also appreciate the shuttle service they offer!. Great prices, compared to taking my car to the dealership. We have taken both of our cars to John’s automotive and trust them!

I needed a repair done on my timing chain and seal cover. I had gotten approved through a third party company connected with the California BAR for payment for the repair. I requested a legally required w9 so that the BAR could process the payment and send out the check directly to John's Automotive and they refused to provide the legally required document. Mind you I had a deadline. After going back and forth trying to get the document and getting the run around the simply just flat out refused. Im guessing that they did not want me as a customer. I have been taking my cars to John's since 2017. Every time I've been there, I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Recently I took my 05 CR-V in for an inspection and I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Dave and Rick and also the quality of the work performed by Ulisess. If you want to take your car to a place where you will be treated like family, then don't bother looking any further. These guys are constantly busy and they have absolutely no motivation to rip you off when they already have so much business as it is. John’s is great! Came in for general maintenance before a big trip and they took real good care of my vehicle. Explained the whole process. Dave is fantastic and made me feel at ease. Made suggestions on what was needed and never felt any pressure to do so. I’m just sad that I’ll be moving and wish I had been a customer for longer.
