Nic did a great job with our dryer. He gave us all the options available and was honest about the likelihood of success of each. We probably have to buy a new appliance but knowing we can call ECH and get an honest opinion is worth so much. Will hire them again 100%.
We have called upon ECH twice now — once to fix our microwave and again to fix a dryer that was out of whack. They respond to repair requests online remarkably fast — even during off-hours — they communicate effectively and most importantly, they know how to fix appliances and they do so honestly and fairly. They’re now a saved contact on our phones. While we hope to not need them any time soon, I know they will show up quickly when they say they will and help us when we need it!
When our refrigerator and freezer stopped working ECH got us on the schedule quickly. Max was great. He let me know he was on his way and arrived timely. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly. Best of all, he fixed it without breaking the bank. Also, thanks to Egor for dropping off a part so they could get it up and running right away.
Great experience! Our range hood was improperly installed two years ago by Triumph Remodeling, they did not follow the installation instructions, and it fell off our wall three days ago. We called ECH and they sent out Ivan and Andre. They were friendly, thorough and efficient. They did an excellent job re-installing our hood. Thank you.
Great experience overall! Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive. From our initial interaction until the end, the service has been superb. We did have a minor hiccup after the service was completed but they came out, same day, to get it addressed. Nick (tech) was punctual and awesome and my both ladies (Savanna and Tara/Sarah?) I spoke with were extremely professional. Highly recommend this company! Issue I had was with a clothes washer.
