Nic did a great job with our dryer. He gave us all the options available and was honest about the likelihood of success of each. We probably have to buy a new appliance but knowing we can call ECH and get an honest opinion is worth so much. Will hire them again 100%.

Great experience! Our range hood was improperly installed two years ago by Triumph Remodeling, they did not follow the installation instructions, and it fell off our wall three days ago. We called ECH and they sent out Ivan and Andre. They were friendly, thorough and efficient. They did an excellent job re-installing our hood. Thank you.

Great experience overall! Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive. From our initial interaction until the end, the service has been superb. We did have a minor hiccup after the service was completed but they came out, same day, to get it addressed. Nick (tech) was punctual and awesome and my both ladies (Savanna and Tara/Sarah?) I spoke with were extremely professional. Highly recommend this company! Issue I had was with a clothes washer.
