I called then asked to speak to someone about purchasing a Refrigerator and all new appliances, the person who took the call told me no one can answer which brand is easiest to service, they talked down about the questions I asked and had the nerve to say “do you know who you are calling?”. They were condescending then they wrapped up the conversation out of frustration. I won’t do business with Aztec Appliance. I called Premier Appliance Store right after and they answered every question I had in less than 3 minutes. Premier Appliance Store mentioned GE and Zline are the easiest to get parts for and are easy to work on for their technicians.
