Went to Jose and he did an incredibly in depth inspection on my Samsung 65 TV that uses the one connect box. He ordered parts to test out and narrow down what our issue was. Although we weren’t able to fix the one box issue I was seeing (required machinery for fixing at the component level) he pointed me to another technician in Arizona that looks very promising. I am very thankful for his service and strongly recommend him. Will be going back to his shop for any tv issues we have. Thank you Jose!
