We had an issue with our washing machine, and Kyle was our service man. He was very professional and personable. He came twice once to fix it in the interim until the part came in and the final fix. The initial service call was scheduled within the same week. The final service was within a week and a half once the part was in. Kyle is a Service man that does not take shortcuts he does it the right way!!!! Rutland Appliances stands behind their products they sell.

I purchased an Electrolux front load washing machine from Rutland Appliance and the process from purchase to Installation was smooth and quick. Kolby and Anthony delivered the washer within the two hour delivery window and installed it and remove the old one. They also cleaned up the floor under the 16-year-old washing machine that they took away. They were quick efficient and had clearly done many installs. I usually shop at the big box stores for appliances, but this time I decided to shop local and was very happy with the full service I received with Rutland Appliance. I will likely shop there again when I have a need.

I own a Killington Vermont condo and needed to replace my Kenmore microwave. Since they no longer make the same model and we needed a similar microwave that doesn't hit the wall when the door is opened, I decided to call Rutland appliances during Xmas week. Not expecting anyone to answer at 8am, low and behold, Jonathan did and found exactly what we needed. I asked if I can send him pics of the current microwave just to double check the new one would work, and he said yes send them right over. We placed the order over the phone and set up a delivery and install for a reasonable fee. True to their word they called the day before install and gave me time options. They showed up that day and removed the old micro and installed the new one and did a test run. All in all a 5 star job to Jonathan and his crew at Rutland appliances which we will be sure to use in the future and Reco to others. Best, Mike
