Champlain Appliance is an excellent service. Bob just repaired my 20 year old Jenn-aire Fridge and I could not be happier. Stayed to appointment schedule, showed up at appointment time, diagnosed correctly, job done neatly and well; and at a fair price. Put a new gasket on my front loader at the same time so we were able to save money there. So nice not to have to throw away a fridge just because it is over ten years old.
Bob replaced the coil on my Frigidaire refrigerator in August. The unit failed just over three months after his repair with the same problem. I scheduled a follow up weeks ago in order to get repairedagain and he failed to show up for our scheduled appointment. They claim to have left messages to confirm but I have none.The best they can offer is reschedule in another 20 days. Waited all morning for nothing. Ridiculous.
Excellent service! You get through with one phone call, make the appointment and when the tech arrives--on time as promised--he gets the job done with minimum fuss and makes sure you're happy with the result. Great business. Excellent service. If you have any appliance repair needed, Champlain is the best.
