These two men went above and beyond to tackle the issue with the sewer drain and septic system issue. Christian McCasland and Cameron Boynton many hours spent here working hard to fix the issues.The two men were very excellent customer service,experienced,explained everything they were doing and what had to be done. They had to leave and go back to get more equipment to fix our sewer drain and septic system. Excellent couple of men and 100% satisfied with their services and price very reasonable for the amount of hours at the homes doing the inspection and work. Justin and Christian from Ames Roto Rooter did an excellent job of clearing my floor drains today. They showed up on time and even called to notify me that they were on their way. They quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. They used two cable wheels on their smaller machine with 75 ft of cable and a root cutting tip. Then they brought in a bigger machine with 110 ft of cable. They he kept going until they fixed. Probably worked an hour and a half. They were friendly and respectful. The cost was significantly less than I expected. Thank you guys.
