Went because the reviews seemed great, my brothers gaming laptop suddenly crashed and wouldnt turn on. They wanted like 55$ just to take it and said it'd be even a week or so before someone even opened it to look at it.

Laura and staff were a great group to work with! Great communication and did a thorough job with my new laptop installation and explaining things to me about settings etc. They also were available to help with a couple bumps I had afterwards (unrelated to their work). Will use them again and highly recommend!
I brought in a hard drive that had blown circuit board following a power supply mishap. I was told there were some things they could try, and I'd hear from them in a week. A month or so later, I began calling and leaving messages with no response. I was able to get a hold of someone eventually and was told they would have the tech person give me a call back. I waited a few more weeks, and began calling to leave messages again before giving up. On a whim I called again in May, 5 months after bring in my drive, and was told they had several drives on hand that weren't labeled, so they had no idea which one was mine! At this point, I wasn't even sure which size drive they had, but I guessed 3GB. I probably should have picked up the drive then, but against my better judgment, because I was told they were almost able to access the drive using software, I told them to try again and get back to me. Of course, I have not heard from them again. At this point, they can keep the drive. I'm not sure there is anybody working there, and if there is I would not trust them with my hardware.
I built my gaming rig during shutdown last year. I recently started getting blue screened and couldn't troubleshoot the problem myself so I took it to HomeTown. They were super friendly and told me it would be about a week before I should expect to hear back. They reached out 3 business days later and fixed the issue, while charging a fair price. I highly recommend them!!!
