I was greeted by store staff immediately upon entering. I was able to ask questions that I had and had a variety of suggestion and recommendations provided for my given situation. Store personnel seemed knowledgeable and very willing to be helpful.
Excellent service and advice, we were able to test some products to see what they looked like on the wood we were going to be staining. It definitely helped make a good decision and was much better than going to a bigger store.
There is no comparison to a box store. Sherwin Williams offers trained informed staff who make sure you never wait. There is always something on sale in the high quality products they carry, and if they don't have something they told me where to go find it in town.
The product, I trust the quality of Sherwin-Williams. The service, my Fairbanks store is great! The lady who helped me yesterday was so efficient, friendly, took time to make sure I understood everything about the choices available so I could make the best decision. That's a rare thing these days.
