I have never had a worse experience with a "repair service". I turned in my laptop with a minor keyboard issue, I had a workaround but figured I might as well get it fixed and cleaned. For one, it took them over a week to even ask for my PIN to begin diagnostics and then things spiraled. First they lost all the data on my SSD and claimed it needed to be replaced due to corrosion, then they said my screen wouldn't work, then my battery wouldn't work, and now finally my motherboard is apparently non functional as well... Keep in mind, they replaced my in warranty motherboard with a refurbished one rather than a new part after I had issues a few years ago. So now, because I trusted them to clean and repair my keyboard, I'm $2,000 down the drain with no computer for my senior year... absolutely ridiculous, will never be visiting TechCyte again, go to BestBuy, they have genuine experts.
