Don’t go anywhere else these are the people for the job! Took my PS5 about 2 years ago for overheating. They fixed it in one day and I was super happy no issues since! Took same PS5 in last week on Monday, PS5 wouldn’t turn on at all and they fixed it and cleaned it and everything for $200 and I got it back the following Saturday. Gave me a loaner and everything! Best repair shop hands down and staff was nice and informative of exactly what was wrong with my PS5
The folks here have been quite helpful and knowledgeable. Hard to find gamer electronics repair like this anymore. Bought a refurbished PS5 that's been great, had some trouble with the controller, and they just swapped it out, no questions.
William is great at communicating great at explaining things and a great person in general If I had to take somebody to a guy who is knowledgeable, patient and understanding I would take them to William not only does he fix things but he communicates with you during the whole entire time stays on top of the process and takes care of people. great human being great quality great service. I will be coming back here for a very, very long time.

So far they have -Upgraded my Pokemon Gold cartridge to FRAM so it can save without the battery -Upgraded my GBA SP to usb-c charging -Given lots of advice on future mods and consoles Again thank you for everything and the consoles are awesome!
