I called Tony because I have a trip coming up and didn't want to leave without my Whirlpool dryer working. He said he would come by after finishing a few other jobs, which I really appreciate. The service call was $99 and is applied toward the repair if you move forward, which I think is very fair.He ordered the part, and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived before I left for my trip. Tony is professional, honest, and has fair prices. He'll even let you know if it's better to repair or replace your appliance. Highly recommend!
