I was so happy with your service, you are helpful, working with professionals, you are doing great work for me. Mr Rory you was nice guy when you finished the project, at last you showed me attitude, you never received my phone call. This is neither your profession nor business. That’s why I’m not recommending to anyone.
Our HVAC system was having issues not starting and we weren’t getting any cool air running through the system. Green Tech air conditioning helped me in the past, gave them a call and Rory came out and helped trouble shoot what the problem was and within minutes my system was up and running again. Very thankful to have an affordable and reliable HVAC company that you can trust. Definitely recommend
The burners on my furnace wouldn't start when the 2nd stage would start. The error code pointed to the pressure switches. After shutting everything down and restarting the system, the burners finally kicked in, but I wanted a more experienced professional to look things over. After looking around, Green-Tech had some good reviews and their office was nearby, so I called the next morning. Rory was able to come by a couple hours later and he looked everything over and confirmed that the issue was most likely the pressure switches, but he probably didn't have any available. He mentioned they weren't expensive and I could order them and fix them myself, so I did. After talking with him for a bit, he also agreed that it's probably a good ideal to keep a few other backup parts on hand too, such as the flame sensor and flame ignitor as those are relatively easy to replace. Overall, Rory was really great in providing his expert opinion and not try to sell or upsell anything more than what was needed. But also, knowing I was capable of doing some basic repairs or replacements, he recommended keeping certain parts on hand. Will definitely call him again generally, and when we're ready to have our A/C and a-coil installed this spring.
Rory did our rental home, personal residence and next door neighbor about 15 years ago. Called him out for our rental home again. Had to wait a couple days because of the time of year. Didn’t matter. When you want someone that knows what they are doing you wait for them. Finished quickly and efficiently. If you have someone you trust you don’t shop around.
Our heater was having an issue where it wouldn’t stay on for more than a few minutes at a time and wouldn’t reach temperature. Rory came out and was able to figure out both of the issues our old system was having, got the replacement parts quickly, and the heater is working better than it has in years! Thank you so much! Tomorrow is gonna be really cold and we’re grateful to have it working before the cold hits.
