My washing machine wasn’t working properly. I called and he said he’d be here sometime after 2pm. He texted a little after 2:00 and said he’s on his way, which I totally didn’t expect but appreciated cuz it gave me time to put my dog in another room. He knew his stuff, was honest & I appreciated his suggestions. I’d 100% recommend him for washer & dryer repairs.

I thought my wife had left door unlocked. Saw him on camera 4 minutes after he got there and he had already left. Lectured me on courtesy and how far he had driven, and after 31 years was tired of customers. You don’t need this guy’s energy in your life. I was home 15 minutes later. There would have been no issues with payment. He wasted his own time and there is no excuse for rude. As his review shows, disrespectful to customers.

Washer was giving me problems. I dropped it off on a Friday and didn't expect to hear anything til Monday. He got in contact on Sunday which is great! Picking it up on Wednesday and for a reasonable price!!

My 7 year old oven wouldn't heat, but the stovetop was fine. Tim came out and in 15 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem, taking time to explain what he was doing. His expertise saved me a few hundred dollars, repairing a controller circuit instead of charging me for a whole new board. Tim is both competent and honest. I appreciate his work and recommend him wholeheartedly.
