I have used many different plumbers in Duluth but it wasn’t until I found Kalkbrenner Plumbing that I will never use another company for our plumbing needs. Tom and Mike are excellent to work with. They are both friendly, professional, extremely skilled, detail oriented, timely, and great at communicating issues they’ve diagnosed and the costs associated with fixing the issues. Tom troubleshooted our backdrafting water heater and offered a temporary solution until the issue is remedied by a Chimney expert. He even went the extra mile and discovered our boiler didn’t have proper zoning installed and was able to remedy that with brand new parts he had right in his truck. I greatly appreciate that this business is family owned and operated. Every time you call them it is the same person answering calls and not some random call center. Sheri is so friendly and helpful over the phone, great at communicating and scheduling estimates/jobs. Both Tom and Mike remember their customers and even remembered our previous plumbing issue that was in our old house over 5 years ago. This team is excellent and has earned a lifetime of my business.

Professional, high quality results. I’ve used Kalkbrenner plumbing for decades. Always quality results. I had them come in and replace all the supply lines in my bathroom before doing a complete remodel myself. Master plumber Tom came in and we worked together pulling out my old galvanized pipes and replacing them with PEX and copper. Once he was done I sheetrocked over all holes in the walls and tiled the walls and installed new toilet and sink and new flooring.
