Chaz & Corey were timely, professional, friendly and efficient. They explained the new system to me in a way I could understand and were knowledgeable of the product. I appreciate that they got our new furnace installed in less than 1 day. Definitely recommend the entire team at Northstar. Brian helped coordinate service & Ken did our inspection & product review. Both were exceptional.
We called on Monday Nov 24 inquiring about an estimate on a new boiler.Ray was at our place within 2 hours to do the estimate! All the financial & other paperwork was done right then. Ray, Keith & Tom were back here first thing in the morning! Installed our new boiler system and everything up and running! Great company & fabulous customer service! All of the guys are the best! I was very impressed with Northstar here in Duluth, MN. Corey the technician was on time, efficient and performed a flawless install. Bryan in the office also gave us a call the day before to confirm the time, which was appreciated. The Modine Hot Dawg garage heater that was installed is holding temp and the T6 Thermostat that they installed hooks to our wifi which always keeps us informed on temperature, and gives us peace of mind. Can’t recommend Northstar Heating and Cooling enough for your HVAC needs, for both install and maintenance.
