I was trying to replace my self built PCs Ryzen 7 2700X with a Ryzen 7 5800X3D but it was not functioning as expected and would not post. I brought it in with my old CPU for them to diagnose and they found that there was no issue with anything but the new CPU as my old CPU and all other components still functioned properly inside of the PC confirming to me that I needed to refund my new CPU and get a new one. I wasn't charged a thing for their diagnostics and was able to get my PC back next day.

My MacBook's logic board fried due to a random power surge. Rude, right? Well, the gentlemen here helped immediately with diagnosing the repair, even though it didn't ultimately save the data I lost. The computer is working great now, thanks!

My homebuild computer didn't have display output when I came home from vacation and I couldn't figure out the problem part. I took it in to these guys and they individually tested each component to find my motherboard had fried likely from a power surge. With that info I got another mobo and fixed it up. They didn't even charge for the diagnostic work! Great people. Stand up job. Photo is of my poor damaged child.
