Customer service is not good. I had booked an appointment to get my phone camera crack fixed. I drive all the way over for them to tell me they don’t have the part. Then I come back when they get the part in to fix it, then I check my camera and it’s worse than it was before. They asked me to pay $150 when the lense was not fixed. I had to come back a 4th time for them to finally actually fix it. The person helping me was rude and did not offer any apologies for wasting so much of my time or any sort of discount for all the trouble. I wished I never even started with this place. The whole experience felt like a scam.
