(If you're lucky) every once in a while you run into someone who you just can't say enough good things about. Like the other reviewers, I found Dan (owner/operator of American Soft Water) to be knowledgeable, articulate, respectful, genuinely helpful, and HONEST to a fault. Not in a hundred years would I ever have expected to feel good about having to buy another water softener, but with Dan behind the wheel this thing was worth every penny and every minute. (And I know a lot more too, now.) Super, super-highly recommended.

An exceptional owner, company, and experience. I had a water softener that was leaking, and was referred to Dan through a family member. Instead of jumping to a service call or trying to sell a whole new softener system like other companies I had contacted, Dan reviewed pictures I had sent him of the issue, and he gave me a few ideas to try to fix it myself. When I didn't have success, he immediately came out and took care of the repair at a very reasonable cost. Very honest, communicative, and thorough. He has my highest recommendation!
