State soft has been great! Ryan came to give me a quote and took the time to explain everything he did for testing and what equipment we required for the house. He didn’t try to sell me equipment I didn’t need for our house. This was a huge difference than the other three quotes we got, they wanted to put in equipment that we never needed but not State Soft, they made sure we had everything we needed and suggested that if we wanted other equipment we should test the water first to ensure we need it before spending the money. With times like today saving money for people is a huge plus and makes me personally trust a company not looking to make a quick buck. We had an issue with one piece that was leaking and Ryan was out of state. He texted me right away back and gave some suggestions, when he was back in town he came right away to replace it without an issue. So much better than any big box store system. Ryan and team are very attentive when we have had questions and everything was installed in a professional manner. Ryan even explained that they will not give you an answer just to give an answer they text or call the group specially for the company so an answer can be given that is right the first time. I won’t use anyone else when the time comes to need new equipment or service. My suggestion is call State Soft, have them come out to give you a quote and book them for the job. You won’t regret it!
