Torrez always responds quickly and shows up on time. Quality Crawlspace did a great job on our crawlspace and comes back regularly to check the dehumidifiers and replace the filters. Torrez always explains everything clearly and cares about his work and his customers.
Torrez and his team were fantastic! One thing I’ve learned since purchasing a new home on the Eastern Shore is that it’s just not easy to get people to answer the phone and actually show up when they say they will. Quality Crawlspace, on the other hand, was very responsive, stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, and was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend using them for your crawlspace needs.
Would highly recommend avoiding this company. Our crawl space floods/leaks. Does a cheap job, tells you oh I forgot we said that in the contract till you confront him. Never fixes anything and their work will fall apart on you. Do not trust photos or other reviews.
We had our crawl space encapsulated over a year ago, and had a great experience. We gave Quality Crawlspace quite a challenge with a very shallow space to work with. They got the job done with no problem! Torrez was very responsive, professional, and timely. He was always a text away, and updated me with pictures throughout the process. He even texted me to remind me when it was time to clean the filter! Would recommend 100%. Here's a before and after picture
