We had an issue with roots from a tree growing into our septic line. It was promptly taken care of and needed parts replaced. I appreciated the communication, detail to ensure things were working properly again and fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Nathan and his team for any plumbing needs. I had other company's out to try to figure out my plumbing issue and they could not figure it out. I was so frustrated. I asked a friend who they would recommend and they told me about Charles Moon. Nathan and Ray found the problem right away contacted Moen since it was a defective part from the manufacture. He was very informative with me regarding the status of the part when he would be receiving the part and getting on the schedule to replace the part. Top notch service all the way around! Certainly know how to rip off customers! Repair done by Damien & was told paying $97 for a Service Contract would avoid future $79 dispatch service fees. Repair done on Friday at a cost of $658.50. Discovered just after the plumber left that a faucet which had a great water flow before the repair had gone to just a trickle. Upon calling the office late Friday afternoon was on hold for greater than 30 minutes for the answering service. Talked with the office staff Monday morning, explaining the issue. Tried to do a shower valve job myself. Got in way over my head. Called Nathan and he sent Ray out right away. Ray was friendly and knowledgeable. His expertise had our water back on quickly. Highly recommend!
