They are unreliable.been waiting 4weeks for the part so their tech said.he just looked at washer.they started out a good service sold me a frig that was suppose to be in working order.ice maker didn't work.two years calling.excuses after excuses.had it looked at today. There was a cloth in the drain.problem solved in ten minutes.good luck everybody.unsatisfied customer.
This company by far deceives customers. I called to schedule an appointment. The first secretary failed to call me back. I called the next day. I spoke to a different secretary. She scheduled in. The technician was supposed to show at 2pm. He did not show nor call . This is sad for a company trying to plant themselves in the local community. I definitely will share my experience with my friends & family.
Prompt service, honest staff. Had a minor issue that turned out to be a feature of the appliance and had a good sense of what would make sense (or not) to solve the problem. Technician said issue would not be solved with $500 replacement out of warranty. Decided against replacement and felt no pressure to pay for an unnecessary fix! Will definitely give them our business again!
