Joe came out to service our dehumidifier today to make sure everything was working properly… The dehumidifier is working perfectly! Joe noticed that the galvanized pipe junction box for the sewage line is starting to seep, or has been seeping. I will call the plumber to fix this ASAP… This type of information is so helpful to me, as I’m unable to go under the crawlspace due to my disability;therefore, I don’t have eyes on the essentials such as plumbing that as a homeowner i take for granted that there are no issues. Joe has serviced our homes for years and we are thankful that dry tech employs people like him.
