We called and scheduled Dry Zone to come out to our house in June to give us a free estimate for encapsulation of the crawl space in our 21 year old house. They were the second company we reached out to, and the experience between the two was like night and day. Even before Dry Zone arrived for the visit we received information from them that explained the science of the process and that introduced the company so that we could be ready with questions when they visited. Their representative, Derek, arrived on time, spent time reviewing our areas of concern and questions, and then spent time in the crawl space to get a true evaluation of the whole space. He then spent quality time reviewing his findings and recommendations and working with us to create a plan for resolution of the issues. When he left we had a detailed contract and a scheduled date for the work 10 weeks later. Dry Zone kept in contact with us and their project team of Joel, Tyler and Peter arrived promptly on the scheduled day. For the next 3 days these young men worked steadily and carefully, respecting our property as they transformed our crawl space. They were personable, polite and a pleasure to be around. I can’t say enough about how professional and pleasant the entire team was. And the finished product looks great! We’ve had three tradesmen in the space since then, one being a plumber we called in to resolve a small leak that the Dry Zone team brought to our attention, and each person remarked on “what a great job” the encapsulation was. I couldn’t be happier with the the service and I will be recommending Dry Zone to anyone I know who has basement or crawl space issues.
