Mr. Conaway was very professional and responsive to our needs, He kept in regular contact with us and informed us of each step. He started out with an absolute mess and ended with a spotless area. It was a pleasure working with this company and we look forward to a long relationship since we are getting the yearly maintenance program.
I highly recommend Guardian Crawl Space Company! After noticing a damp spot on my basement wall, I called and asked to have it evaluated. K.C. promptly answered my call and came to examine it within two days. After viewing the issue, he found a crack in the wall and assured me it was not a big deal to repair. He thoroughly explained the procedure and provided a repair estimate. The work was done in a timely fashion and in a very professional manner. Additionally, as the house was under contract to be sold, K.C. took the time to take a phone call from the buyers and explain the situation and repair procedure. K.C. went above and beyond the normal, provide an estimate and complete the work order, that you get from most national brand companies. It is very evident that he takes great pride in being a local family owned business and he treats his customers with a great deal of respect. I can not recommend this company enough. I would like to thank KC for coming out and providing such a quality service for my craw space. I had a problem with humidity and some fungi growth and he had to shore up a few of my floor joist. KC is kind and really cares about his work and provides a great service at a competitive price. Do not hesitate to complete your basement/craw space recovery with Guardian. Good people at a fair price. Also, they are a local organization to the Pines and it would be a good idea to support some small business.
We had Guardian Crawl Space inspect the space under our mobile home. K.C. was very responsive and fixed our problems in a timely manner. Because we live in an area that's prone to flooding, he offered to come back to our property at any time after a storm to make sure that everything is still good. He has already returned once since the initial work was done. K.C. is a good Christian family man, and he can be trusted to keep his word. You will definitely be pleased with this company's work!
