Our washer stopped working one night. Called Quality Appliance and they came out the next day. They immediately told us the problem and walked us through our options. Instead of just making more business for themselves they explained that fixing our old washer would just be a band-aid. He answered every question I had and helped us come to the right decision for us. Could not recommend this company enough. We will definitely be back if we are ever in need!
