Tim has repaired two of my computers. One was his saving files when the motherboard had gone bad. The other was unlocking a computer that suddenly no longer accepted the password. In both cases, my expectations were exceeded. The work was done promptly with charges less than anticipated. Further, being handicapped, I greatly appreciated his carrying the computers to and from my car.
Great, fast, and candid. The prices behind everything were well explained which I very much appreciated. And he fixed my gaming computer remarkably fast. Any future issues I have will definitely be run through him.
When my laptop decided to crash while out of town, I searched for a repair shop. Found Tim's and he quickly saved my hard drive and got me back up and running for a very reasonable charge. My laptop is an extension of my brain and memory and it would have been a devastating loss for me. Tim was my savior! Trust him 100%!
After months of calls to tech support for my 5 year old Acer Aspire I took it to Tim's. He rejuvenated it, only better because I requested an upgrade to a SSD and it works so smoothly and faster than when it was new. Very affordable fix & upgrade. Highly recommend his service. Thanks, Tim!
I had the good fortune of having Tim work on my computer. From the beginning, he was upfront with the pricing structure. Moreover, if more or less work is needed to resolve your problem, then he will call you prior to continuing with the repair. Tim is honest and trustworthy! Although my computer had died, he was able to extract ALL of the information I needed. His price is reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend him for ANY computer related repairs.
