Livingood's - Appliance and Bedding

The shopping experience was average. I had a good idea of what I wanted. The price was approximately $200 more than a big box or online store but Livingoods service what they sell which to me is a plus. The delivery and installation were superior. Timely updates on arrival time and concern for our property. Julio was fantastic-professional, congenial and detail oriented. He didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied. We understood now why Livingoods is so highly recommended.

I just love Livingoods! Shopping there is a great experience. The delivery was so smooth and like a well oiled machine. I recieved a heads up notice when the drivers were enroute and a call. The delivery guys were very professional and careful with my appliances. Julio headed up the delivery team. I am very pleased with the entire process from purchase to delivery!

Livingood's came out to measure our range top space to confirm the new one on order will fit. Their system tracking software told us exactly when they would arrive. The measurements capture software sent us a copy of the 20 process, including pictures, instantly. My guess is they will confirm fit and the installation order quickly, as the measurements were also sent immediately back to the sales agent. Great software and great work!

Julio and co-worker were very polite and efficent. They had my old Amanda dryer removed and new LG dryer installed in about 15 minutes. I alway buy my appliances from Livingoods. I can always trust this family.
