Made an appointment to get my battery replaced a week in advance for my iPhone, when I arrived they told me they weren’t able to for the IPhone 14. They should have notified me of that when I originally made the appointment that included that stated it was a battery replacement for the 14 and drove 30 mins. Bad operations and communication
I came in to get my broken laptop screen replaced, and the experience was just weird. The first time I went, they said they wouldn’t need my login info since they were just replacing the screen. When I came back a week later, a different tech asked for my password and said I’d have to leave it there for a few days. Customers shouldn’t have to give full access and login password just to replace their laptop screen. On top of that, they quoted me $749! I ended up going to Apple Products Repair Shop just five minutes down the street. They charged $450 for a brand new screen, after taxes and labor. Which was done in about an hour and a half. Definitely won’t be going back. Asking for a login password to replace a screen and over charging is insane.
