I came here to get a washer and dryer set after seeing how expensive new ones were at the big box stores. Picked up a solid set of Kenmores for $550. They delivered it to my 3rd-floor apartment with no issues. I’ve moved since then and still have them — they’re working great. The shop is right outside the Montgomery Gate of Hunter, and they offer a good warranty. Plus, they give a military discount. Definitely beats using a laundromat! Anytime someone asks where to go in Savannah for appliances, I always recommend Coastal Appliance. Can’t recommend them enough — they really took care of me.

Doesnt stand by their warranty. Wife called yesterday and the man was extremely rude to her. We bought 3 appliances from them, and need assistance with 1. Won't come service it because they didn't deliver it. Now they want to charge $85 to come look at it. Or, I can conveniently take all of the food out of my refrigerator, and let them keep it for an unknown amount of time. If you want to be ripped off, choose coastal appliances!

Coastal Appliance absolutely exceeded my expectations from start to finish! I got a great deal on a high-quality washer, and they handled everything — delivery, setup, and hauling away the old one — quickly and professionally. Excellent service and an outstanding experience!
