I do not recommend using this company. I called them about getting my ice maker diagnosed and repaired. They gave me a window from 10am-12pm that they would come by. I called them that morning to confirm what time they planned to arrive so that I could let my tenants know when they would be there. He told me between 10-10:30. At 10:03, I receive a call from their office saying they needed immediate payment for the service tech to go out there. I was at that point in a meeting which I had to step out of to make the payment so that I didn't delay him going out and in turn, make my tenant late for work. Daniel should've asked me about payment when I called him that morning. Then, Daniel gets to the property and he's there for 5 minutes total. The tenant said he did not give her any details and then he never calls me either. I then have to call him again to get the results of his "diagnostic" test. He says "oh those just go out sometimes and it needs to be replaced, it could be a bad motor. That's a common problem." So he didn't test anything. He went out for 5 minutes and then sends me a quote for $489 for an ICE MAKER! I couldn't believe that this company expected me to pay almost $500 for an ice maker repair. Over all it was a very disappointing experience.
