Cannot share enough on how awesome it was to work with these guys. From start to finish they were professional, and frankly, fun to work with. When you first reach out, it can be a little daunting. First of all, you're probably looking for a system because you found out, or are worried that, you have some sort of contaminant in your water. The team over there is patient with you, I asked probably 100 questions on that first phone call, and they patiently took their time answering every single one of them. They explain the process to you in exceptional detail, and really walk you through what each step is going to be. They take your input when asking what kind of system and maintenance you want to have, and listen to how comfortable you may or may not be with taking care of it long term. When they do come out, they guys are so awesome. As a husband and father, I'm always a little nervous about having techs come out to my house, especially when they are going to be there for a long time. These guys were so chill. Very, VERY respectful. Found out half way through that all the young men they had working were military guys (2 Navy and a Marine), and it made perfect sense. They were quick and efficient, kind and considerate with my kids and my wife, and had a good time playing with my cats and dogs. And the system they installed...wow. Custom, 5 stage system with a Reverse Osmosis system under my kitchen sink. Thing hums. We found out that the house we bought had Arsenic, Lead, and Manganese in the water (not to mention iron eating bacteria). With the new system we have...nothing in the water. Pure, clean, and beautiful water for my family to drink. I trusted these guys with my family's health, and they delivered, in spades. I would HIGHLY recommend Pure Water NorthWest to anyone who needs to have their water treated.
