I need to pay respect to a mom and pop glass company I just used. This is the review I left on their website. I wish I could do it for more small businesses: I got SO lucky when I called Bill's Glass! I had been calling around because I needed a single pane of glass on a single hung window (30'x24") on a 99 year old house in Lynnwood and everybody tried to pitch me on replacing all the windows with new insulated money saving systems. They had no interest in a single window repair. I called Bill's and spoke with Cyndi (sp?) and she was pleasant and very helpful and offered to call one of the trucks to see if they were still in my area. Now don't expect the same kind of luck, but she called me back in 5 min, Dean and his assistant got here in less than 30 min, and talked me through the steps, got me a quote, and it was replaced in less than an hour! Now I am old and I usually feel I paid too much for things and services, but the quality of work and service was worth every cent. And less than 2 hrs from call to finish made my day!
